Important Information:

• Read Instructions Carefully: Incorrect settings can severely impact performance.
• Suction Pipe Recommendation: Use HDPE or helical coil reinforced flexible hose (minimum 32mm).
• Discharge Pipe Recommendation: Use HDPE or any SABS-approved piping (32mm).
• Electrical Safety: The pump must be earthed with no strain on the cable. Disconnect power before any maintenance.
• Clean Water Only: Designed exclusively for water free of solid particles; muddy or dirty water will damage the unit and void the warranty.
• Cable Extensions: Extending the cable voids the warranty; always use an approved extension plug adapter.
• Proper Installation: Install in a ventilated, covered area to protect from direct sunlight, rain, and irrigation spray. A JoJo pump cover is recommended.
• Priming: Fill the pump with water once before first use; it retains water for automatic re-priming after interruptions.
• Frost Protection: Drain the pump when temperatures drop below 0°C using the draining screw at the bottom of the suction/discharge casing.
• Safe Handling: Before moving or disassembling, close both valves and drain all liquid from the pump and connected piping.
