The JoJo 10 Inch 5 Micron PP Sediment Filter Cartridge is designed to remove fine sediment, dirt, rust and other suspended particles down to 5 microns. It is ideal for point-of-use systems and lower-volume whole-house filtration applications, offering an excellent balance between filtration performance, water flow and cartridge life.

It can be used as a single stage of sediment filtration or as the first stage in a multi-stage system. When installed before a carbon or Disruptor™ cartridge, it helps reduce the sediment load on the next filtration stage, improving performance and extending cartridge life.

A 5 Micron cartridge is ideal for:

• Removing fine sediment and suspended particles

The 5 Micron cartridge is considered the best all-round sediment filter for most residential water filtration systems. It captures finer particles than a 10 Micron cartridge while typically maintaining better flow rates and a longer service life than a 1 Micron cartridge.
