JoJo Tanks, South Africa’s leading manufacturer of polyethylene tanks and containers for domestic and agricultural markets, was a recent recipient of Build it’s “No. 1 Customer Satisfaction Award” for 2016.
Build it is an independent group of retailers that specialise in the supply of building materials and hardware, with over 300 stores across both urban and rural areas throughout Southern Africa.
“Our annual awards recognise excellence in customer service based on feedback from each of our stores,” explains Gareth Knott, National Category Manager at Build it. “All of our stores across South Africa have a vote in the Customer Satisfaction category. Considering there were over 300 suppliers in this category for 2016, the award that JoJo Tanks has been presented with is a great achievement.”
“Our store owners in rural areas were impressed with JoJo’s product delivery to often remote locations, which are often challenging for delivery vehicles to reach,” Knott continues. He concludes by highlighting that Build it’s value of sales of JoJo Tanks has increased by 500% over the last five years.
