Returns Made Simple

We’re here to make your return process as easy as possible. Below, you’ll find all the details you need to successfully return an item, whether it’s due to a change of mind, a defect, or an error in delivery.

Reasons for Return

  1. Wrong Item, Damaged on Delivery, or Missing Parts

     

    • Return within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
    • Note: Items are not considered damaged on delivery if:
      – The damage is caused by you.
      – The item works as described but is used for an unintended purpose.
  1. Changed Your Mind?

     

    • Return within 30 days of delivery.
    • Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories and parts included.
  1. Defective Items

     

    • Items can be returned within 6 months of delivery. If the item has a warranty longer than 6 months, returns are accepted within the warranty period in line with the warranty terms and conditions.
    • If the defect is confirmed after evaluation, you can choose to repair (if repairable), replace, or refund the item.
    • Note: A defective item will not be accepted if:
      – The fault is due to normal wear and tear.
      – It is damaged by you or improperly cared for.
      – It is damaged by electrical surges, water, or corrosion.
      – You modified the item.
      – It works as described but is used for an unintended purpose.

How to Prepare Your Return

  1. Check the Item

     

    • Ensure the item is returned in its original packaging with all accessories and parts included and any applicable seals intact. Failure to do so will result in the return being rejected, and the item will be sent back to you. You can resubmit the return once all missing packaging or parts are included, but please note that additional collection and re-delivery fees may apply.
  1. Pack Securely
    • Carefully package your return to prevent damage during transit.
  1. Submit Your Return Request
  • Choose your preferred method:
    • Collection by us.
    • Self-return. Drop off at our Shared Service Centre in Midrand or courier it back (ensure it arrives within 7 days).

What to Expect

Evaluation Process

  • Returns will be evaluated to ensure they meet our criteria.
  • If approved, we’ll process your refund, repair, or replacement.
  • If rejected, we’ll return the item to you.

Fees

  • Wrong Item, Damaged on Delivery, or Missing Parts: No return fees.
  • Changed Your Mind: Return fees will be deducted from your refund. For exchanges, additional shipment and handling fees may apply, payable before delivery of the new item.
  • Defective Items: No fees for approved returns.

Rejected Returns

  • If your return is rejected, the item will be sent back to you. Should you refuse or be unavailable to accept delivery for more than 30 days, the item will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of.

Refunds

We aim to process refunds quickly once a return is approved.

  1. Submit the Refund Request Form and proof of banking details to productinfo@jojo.co.za.
  2. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.

Warranty Information

While defective items can be returned within 6 months, some items have longer warranties. For these items, returns are accepted within the warranty period in line with the warranty terms and conditions.
