Installed on top of your tank, our innovative IOT Tank Level device measures the water level via a sensor and sends the data to the JoJo Monitor app on your mobile device. It that’s simple! It utilises both Bluetooth and Sigfox connectivity to ensure maximum versatility, taking into consideration various applications and requirements.

The Sigfox coverage map provides a general indication of network availability and does not guarantee signal strength or connectivity at a specific location. Environmental factors such as trees, bush, mountains, buildings, and other obstructions may impact signal strength and device performance.

If you are uncertain about coverage at your intended installation location, we strongly recommend contacting us prior to purchase. Our team can conduct a more detailed backend check to better assess expected connectivity in your area.

Important Guidelines:

• Sigfox Coverage: Before enabling remote monitoring with the JoJo Monitor App, please ensure that you’re within the Sigfox coverage area. You can view the coverage map for a general indication of availability. For important details regarding signal strength, environmental factors, and connectivity limitations, please refer to the Connectivity & Coverage Disclaimer above.
• Sigfox Subscription: Each device includes a free 12-month Sigfox subscription. After that, it needs to be renewed annually to maintain Remote Monitoring integration and capabilities. If not renewed, you will still have access to historical data and Bluetooth connectivity.
• Device Activation: Before installing the device, download the JoJo Monitor app and follow the on-screen instructions to create your account and link your device.
• Optimal Placement: For best results, position the sensor near the tank’s center, ensuring it’s level and at least 150mm above the highest water level.
• Optimal Signal: For best results, avoid placing the device underground, or inside metal or concrete containers, enclosures or confined spaces.
• Operational Temperature: The operational temperature range of the monitor device is between -20°C and 65°C. It is advised to protect the device from excessive heat by mounting it in a shaded location.
• Tank Warranty: To avoid damage and maintain your tank warranty, avoid putting pressure or weight on the tank lid during installation.
